4. Discovery Calls
Complimentary discovery calls are provided to discuss your organisation's needs and determine whether Care on the Coast is an appropriate fit.
Discovery calls:
- Are obligation free.
- Do not constitute professional advice.
- Do not establish a client relationship.
- Do not replace formal consultancy recommendations.
5. Staff Training
Training workshops are educational in nature and are designed to strengthen workforce capability.
Training content is tailored to organisational needs where agreed.
Training materials remain the intellectual property of Care on the Coast unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. 1:1 Guided Coaching Sessions
Care on the Coast also offers 1:1 Guided Coaching Sessions focused on:

- Reflection
- Emotional understanding
- Behaviour patterns
- Practical guidance
- Goal setting
These sessions are educational and reflective in nature.
7. Coaching Disclaimer
1:1 Guided Coaching Sessions:
- Are not therapy.
- Are not psychology.
- Are not counselling.
- Are not behaviour support.
- Are not mental health treatment.
- Are not crisis services.
- Do not replace medical or psychological care.
If you require urgent mental health or medical support, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service.
8. Coaching Cancellations
Coaching appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Within 48 hours, bookings become non-refundable due to preparation and reserved appointment time.
9. Apparel Purchases
Our apparel is produced through trusted print-on-demand suppliers.
As each item is made to order:
- Production times vary.
- Shipping estimates are approximate.
- Minor colour and print variations may occur.
Care on the Coast is not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.
10. Apparel Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Ordering errors
- Personal preference
Refunds or replacements may be available where required under Australian Consumer Law or where items arrive damaged or incorrect.
11. Digital Resources
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Upon purchase you acknowledge:
- Downloads are intended for personal or organisational use as licensed.
- Products may not be copied, shared, redistributed or resold.
- Sales are final due to immediate digital access unless otherwise required by law.

13. Confidentiality
During consultancy engagements, clients may provide confidential organisational information, documentation and other sensitive material.
Care on the Coast will manage confidential information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the relevant Master Services Agreement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to share information required for the engagement.
14. Limitation of Liability
Care on the Coast provides education, consultancy, coaching and professional recommendations based on information available at the time of service.
Recommendations are advisory in nature.
While every effort is made to provide high-quality professional services, Care on the Coast does not guarantee:
- Specific participant outcomes
- Organisational outcomes
- Behavioural outcomes
- Regulatory compliance
- NDIS registration outcomes
- Accreditation outcomes
- Financial outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care on the Coast is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
