Refund & Returns Policy

At Care on the Coast, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional services. As our business provides a combination of physical products, digital resources and consultancy services, different refund conditions apply depending on the item or service purchased.

Apparel (Print-on-Demand Products)

Our apparel is printed to order specifically for each customer. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
  • Ordering errors made by the customer
  • Personal preference after delivery

Please review all sizing information and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs. We'll work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Digital Resources

Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided once a digital resource has been accessed or downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.


Consultancy & Professional Services

All consultancy services, service improvement packages, reviews, training workshops and professional development services are subject to the terms outlined within your Proposal, Quote and Master Services Agreement.

Following your complimentary discovery call, clients will receive:

  • A tailored proposal
  • A fee proposal/quote
  • Our Master Services Agreement outlining the terms and conditions applicable to the engagement

Any cancellation, postponement, payment and refund arrangements for consultancy services will be governed by the signed agreement between Care on the Coast and the client.


Discovery Calls

Complimentary discovery calls are provided without obligation and are intended to determine whether Care on the Coast is the right fit for your organisation.

No professional consultancy advice or recommendations are provided during the discovery call, and participation does not create an ongoing client relationship.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, Care on the Coast will provide a repair, replacement or refund for products or services that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
