Creative Wellbeing Workshops

Slow down. Create. Connect.

At Care on the Coast, we believe creativity can provide a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect and connect.

Our Creative Wellbeing Workshops use guided mindful art, creative expression and gentle group activities to encourage relaxation, self-expression and social connection in a welcoming, supportive environment.

No artistic experience is needed—these workshops are about the process, not creating a perfect piece of art.

Who are these workshops for?

Our workshops can be tailored for:

  • Aged care communities
  • 1:1 support
  • Retirement villages
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes
  • Disability providers
  • Schools
  • Community organisations
  • Wellbeing and community groups

Each session is adapted to suit the abilities, interests and goals of the people attending

  • Drawing and colouring prompts
  • Gentle reflection and conversation
